Making a complaint or submitting a grievance
Africa Global Trade Finance and it's subsidiaries aim to provide a high-class service at all times, however if the service is found to be unsatisfactory, AGTF will do it's best to deal with your complaint or grievance quickly and to your satisfaction.

We’ll let you know we’ve got your complaint or grievance
Usually, we acknowledge complaints and grievances the day we get them (or the next working day, if it doesn’t come through in business hours). We will respond and let you know who in our team will deal with your complaint or grievance along with providing you with a report form to complete to assist with outlining your Complaint / Grievance.

We’ll fix the problem as quickly as we can
Of course, this all depends on the type of complaint or grievance. But we manage to sort most issues in two weeks or less. If we think your complaint or grievance is going to take longer, we’ll let you know and keep you updated as we go.
