ADVOCATE MOJANKUNYANE GUMBI is a lawyer, with over 30 years’ experience in private practice, public policy development and African conflict resolution. She was a Special Advisor in the Office of the President of South Africa during both the Mandela and Mbeki administrations, where she served as the personal representative of the President in the G8 and G5, which ultimately led to the formation of the G20. She led negotiations on behalf of governments and businesses in sectors including telecoms, mining, banking and healthcare. She serves as a Director of a number of companies and organisations.
