ANDRÉ STRYDOM is a highly experienced merchant and commercial banker, having led structured trade and commodity finance departments at prominent institutions such as Rand Merchant Bank, Standard Bank, Absa Bank, and First National Bank in South Africa. Throughout his career, André has developed extensive expertise in logistics, project management, and general management during his tenure at SABMiller. He also gained valuable experience in asset management, bond trading, and securitization while working at Kiwane Asset Management. His comprehensive banking background encompasses credit management, marketing, deal origination, as well as project, corporate, and property finance. André holds a B.Comm (Hons) degree from Rand Afrikaans University and an MBA from the University of Witwatersrand.
