HENNO LOOTS is the Chief Operating Officer of AGTF. He is a seasoned finance leader and Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with more than 25 years of experience across finance, risk, regulatory reporting, and operations within fintech, banking, advisory, and structured trade and commodity finance. Known for execution excellence and building scalable operating models, Henno has led cross-functional teams across South Africa, the rest of Africa, the UK, the EU, and the UAE, strengthening governance, controls, and delivery discipline. He has held senior leadership roles within local and international banks, fintechs, and corporates—including Flow48, Absa Group, Standard Bank, Citi Group, Rand Merchant Bank, and PwC—translating strategy into measurable operational outcomes while maintaining strong regulatory and stakeholder alignment. Henno earned his B.Acc (Hons) degree from the University of Johannesburg.
